“Ready for Next,” the lead generation campaign we did with our client, CyberSource (a Visa subsidiary), was recognized at the annual Gold Key Awards, winning Best Strategy and a Gold Key. BMA Colorado, the local chapter of the Business Marketing Association, announced the winners May 4 at the 1920s-themed gala, “Gold Key Speakeasy,” for which 90octane did the creative.

CyberSource, a Visa Solution: Ready for Next

To educate customers and new prospects about the power of using multiple components of the CyberSource payment platform together as one, we created a lead-generation and cross-sell campaign that provided valuable content about four key areas: fraud management, global commerce, payment security and mobile payments. Those topics are not only top-of-mind for business leaders, they’re also key categories of CyberSource solutions.

Using the concept, Ready for Next, we built an interactive microsite to serve as the resource hub and targeted users by job title with media and welcome emails driving to the site. Once at Ready for Next, users can explore free, valuable content about challenges and solutions in the four CyberSource solution areas. By interacting with the reports, guides, case studies and brochures, they’re entered into the corresponding category’s email series and receive valuable content directly to their inboxes.
