While this repositioning is a natural extension of the direction we—and our clients—have been heading in, it’s not going to carry out itself. We need the right people at the helm to ensure we’re evolving in the right way, to deliver the most value we can to clients.
That’s where Matt Smolenski and Kelly Snyder come in. We’re thrilled to announce their promotions to, respectively, President and VP of Operations & Integration—both new roles at 90octane.
Since Matt joined us three years ago as Director of Account Management, he’s been instrumental in advancing practice areas, client relationships, the account team and the organization at large. As President, he’ll infuse the client perspective across disciplines, ensuring strategies are on-target and capabilities stay ahead of clients’ emerging business needs. He’ll also spearhead our continuing evolution into an agency/consultancy.
Kelly’s promotion is the latest of many during her 14-year tenure with us; most recently she served as Managing Director. As VP of Operations & Integration, she’ll head up our client business operations, ranging from talent acquisition and professional development to program management and account profitability. By operationalizing our approach to marketing programs, she’ll ensure the consistent delivery of work that’s valuable and executed to the highest standard.
